A network failure within our datacenter occurred, interrupting service to several of our dedicated server customers as well as our shared hosting nameservers. This failure also interrupted DNS resolution for Hostupon.com website services.
Our administrators have found and identified the failure and restored services. Some Dedicated servers may require a reboot to restore full functionality. Please contact support if your server is still malfunctioning. Our admins have gone around to check them but some obscure issues may remain until they're rebooted.
Other than DNS failure, Shared hosting functionality was not affected, and VPS services were not affected at all by this outage.
We are continuing to investigate the causes of this failure, but at this time all services should be back online.
