We're investigating a network level issue at 151 Front Street (Data Centre). This is effecting all services on our DNS including Dedicated Server clients.

As soon as we have further information we will update this status page, thank you.

Update 1: We're working with our data centre NOC staff to restore DNS services. We expect services to be online shortly.

All services are now back online. The network carrier issue has been resolved. We'll continue to monitor activity on the network.

DNS services have now been restored. Customer websites will be coming back online in the next few minutes. The issue has not been fully resolved and work is still being completed.
